Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect it.

Yes. The Suede Kit is formulated specifically for suede and nubuck — it uses no water and preserves the natural texture of the material. Follow the kit's instructions for best results.

A standard kit lasts 25–30 cleanings. The protector spray covers 8–10 applications. The deodorizer spray, 30–40 uses. It depends on how much you apply each time.
