We are looking for a Professional Shoe Cleaner responsible for maintaining and restoring footwear to its best condition. In this role, you will clean, polish, and care for various types of shoes, including leather, suede, canvas, and other materials. You will use specialized techniques and products to remove stains, scuffs, and dirt, ensuring shoes look refreshed and well-maintained. You will also perform basic repairs, such as re-gluing soles or replacing laces, while providing excellent customer service by advising clients on shoe care and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and ship customer orders.
• Clean, de-yellow, repaint, and restore all types of shoes.
• Take high-quality photos and videos of the cleaning process and before-and-after shots.
• Use our company processes to update and track orders accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning and restoring a wide range of shoes.
• Familiarity with de-yellowing and repainting services is essential.
• Access to the necessary equipment and a suitable workspace for performing shoe cleaning tasks.
• Proficiency in using digital devices for capturing photos and videos.
• Located in the United States.
